 Trust is earned through consistent action, not given. Integrity means doing the right thing, even when it’s inconvenient or unseen and it's non-negotiable in everything I do.

Discipline
 Results don't come from talent alone — they come from the choices you make daily. Discipline turns potential into performance, and dreams into realities.

Accountability
 Growth requires ownership. I hold myself and my clients to a standard of accountability — because when you take full responsibility for your path, you unlock your full power.

Character
 
Character is who you are when the pressure is on. It’s about living by your principles, not just talking about them. Character shapes the way you train, lead, and live.


Why These Values Matter to Me

 My father, a U.S. Marine, taught me early that discipline, integrity, and accountability aren’t optional, they’re the backbone of a life worth living.
 He showed me that real strength isn’t loud, it’s steady. It’s built on character when no one’s watching.

My mother showed me that faith is action lived out daily through resilience, kindness, and service.
 She taught me that leadership means lifting others up, not putting yourself above them.

Their example shaped the principles that fuel DCM Coaching today:

  • To build people who are strong in body and spirit.
  • To lead by example, never excuses.
  • To demand the best from myself first, so I can call the best out of others.
